• Demo, convert and expand 1 clay tennis court into 4 cushioned pickleball courts

• New fence, trench drain, shade shelter, privacy screen, and safety padding

• Partnered with All Pro Surfaces, Laykold, Tropical Awning of Florida, Master Halco, Zurn, 10-S Tennis Supply, and Putterman Athletics
