• Convert 2 asphalt tennis courts into 8 permanent cushioned pickleball courts

• Building 2 new pickleball courts with all new perimeter concrete curb and integrated chain link fence, acoustic barrier system to reduce pickleball noise, and paver viewing area with shade shelter

• Partnered with All Pro Surfaces, Master Halco, Laykold, 10-S Tennis Supply, Acoustiblok, Tropical Awning of Florida, and Landscape Creations by Scott Holston Inc.
